Nextel Churn Programs
Deardorff Communications developed and managed 17 quarterly churn campaigns for Nextel. The programs provided employees with the necessary incentives, training and resources to reduce customer churn, and were a tremendous success. Over the three years that Deardorff Communications managed Nextel’s quarterly churn reduction campaigns, churn fell by more than 1%, to the lowest in the wireless industry. Participation in this program typically ran at around 98%.
Because of our hands-on management of this program, Deardorff Communications enjoyed an ongoing relationship with Nextel employees. This enabled us to give the client valuable insights into the pulse of the organization.
