This accountability tool is a proprietary Deardorff Communications product, which we customized for Sprint Service and Repair. It centers around the client’s business goal, accumulates data from a wide range of sources and interprets it in terms of that business goal. The tool effectively facilitates evaluation of individuals and groups in three categories: profitability, customer satisfaction and compliance. Because of its complexity, the tool mirrors the intimate relationship between supervisors and employees but removes the chance for an evaluation to be swayed by inappropriate subjectivity.
